The core feature of this product is its double-layer ceramic structure: the outer layer is made of high-strength steel pipe, and the inner layer is two layers of sintered alumina ceramic, which improves the impact resistance and anti-wear performance under high-speed sand slurry transportation. The quick release clamp flange connection design allows for quick installation and disassembly, reducing the maintenance time of dredging equipment. It has good corrosion resistance to seawater and sediment, and can be used in both freshwater and marine dredging projects. Each product has passed strict impact resistance tests in a professional laboratory to ensure its stability in harsh working environments.

Nominal diameters range from DN150 to DN1000, with a double-layer ceramic thickness of 20-30mm in total. The alumina content of the inner ceramic layer is 95%±2%, with a material density of ≥3.7 g/cm³. The pressure rating ranges from PN40 to PN100, adapting to the high-pressure pipeline system of dredging ships. The applicable elbow angles are 45° and 90°, which can meet the needs of different pipeline turning points in dredging projects. The surface of the outer steel pipe is treated with anti-corrosion paint to resist seawater corrosion. It has passed the classification society certification of China Classification Society (CCS) to meet the safety requirements of marine engineering.

This ceramic elbow is mainly used in the suction and discharge pipeline of dredging ships, the sediment transportation pipeline of river regulation projects and the seawater sand slurry transportation pipeline of coastal reclamation projects. It is also suitable for the sand and gravel conveying pipeline of large-scale hydropower stations and the tailings discharge pipeline of mines. In the actual use of dredging engineering, it can effectively reduce the wear of the pipeline caused by high-speed flowing sand slurry, reduce the number of pipeline replacements, and improve the operating efficiency of dredging projects. It is very suitable for large-scale dredging projects with high requirements for pipeline durability and safety.
