The ceramic lining is produced by high-temperature sintering process, which has strong bonding strength with the base material and will not fall off even under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. The butt weld connection design reduces the number of sealing points, improving the overall sealing performance of the pipeline. It can withstand working temperature up to 150℃ and maximum working pressure of 2.5MPa, meeting the strict working conditions of thermal power plants. Compared with ordinary wear-resistant materials, its service life is extended by more than 15 times.

The nominal diameter ranges from DN80 to DN1500, with optional bending angles of 45°, 60°, 90° and 180°. The purity of the ceramic lining is ≥95% Al2O3, and the thickness of the base material is ≥8mm. The flatness of the flange sealing surface is controlled within 0.3mm, and the maximum length of a single elbow can reach 3m. Each elbow weighs between 3.5kg and 180kg according to different specifications, and can be customized according to special working conditions.

It is mainly used in coal powder transportation pipelines of thermal power plants, ash discharge pipelines of electrostatic precipitators, wet flue gas desulfurization circulation pipelines, and ore powder transportation pipelines of steel plants. It is also suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure fluid transportation scenarios in other heavy industry production lines.
