The groove connection design allows for quick installation without on-site welding, which is very suitable for mobile transportation scenarios in mining areas. The ceramic lining has been treated with impact resistance, which can withstand the high-speed impact of ore particles. The high manganese steel base material improves the extrusion resistance, adapting to the complex and harsh working conditions of underground and open-pit mines. It meets the safety production standards of the mining industry and can be customized according to special transportation requirements.

The nominal diameter ranges from DN100 to DN1800, with optional bending angles of 30°, 45°, 90° and 135°. The bonding strength of the ceramic lining is ≥3MPa, and the groove size conforms to the HG/T3679 national standard. The length of a single elbow ranges from 0.5m to 2m, and each elbow weighs between 4kg and 220kg according to different specifications. It can also provide customized non-standard size services according to user requirements.

It is mainly used in ore slurry transportation pipelines of metal mines, tailings transportation systems of mineral processing plants, coal powder transportation pipelines of open-pit coal mines, and aggregate transportation pipelines of sand and gravel plants. It is suitable for various harsh wear and impact scenarios in mining and construction industries.
