This product solves the core pain points of ordinary adhesives failing in waterproof scenarios, including poor water resistance, easy delamination and water seepage after bonding. It adopts a moisture-curing polyurethane formula, which forms a dense and flexible sealing layer after contacting air moisture, with excellent water resistance and weather resistance. The one-component design does not require mixing, making it easy to use for DIY maintenance personnel. It has excellent adhesion to both metal and non-metal materials such as PVC, ceramic and glass, and can fill small cracks and gaps to achieve perfect waterproof sealing. It is non-toxic and meets FDA food contact standards, making it suitable for repairing water supply and drainage pipe systems in food processing plants.
The product adopts a one-component sealed packaging design, no need for mixing, and can be used directly after opening the package. The viscosity is 2000-3000 mPa·s, suitable for smearing and filling small cracks and gaps. Each package contains 40g of adhesive. The curing time at 25℃ and 50% humidity is 12 hours to reach full strength, and the surface drying time is 30 minutes. The tensile strength after curing is 16 MPa, and the water resistance rating reaches IPX8, which can resist water immersion under 10 meters water depth for a long time. It has excellent resistance to ultraviolet rays and weathering, and can maintain stable performance in outdoor and humid environments.
