The core advantages of this coating include strict compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 175.300 and EU food contact safety regulations, making it safe for direct contact with food, beverages and wine. It forms a dense, non-toxic protective film that does not migrate harmful substances into food, ensuring the hygiene of processed products. It has excellent chemical resistance to food acids, vegetable oils, alcohols and other food media, and strong adhesion to stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum substrates, withstanding repeated high-temperature steam cleaning and sterilization.

This two-component epoxy polyurethane coating is mixed at a 4:1 ratio before construction. The dry film thickness should be controlled between 100-150μm for optimal protection, with 3-4 square meters covered per liter of mixed coating. The construction surface must be thoroughly cleaned and passivated before application, and two coats are recommended for maximum protection. Initial curing takes 8 hours at 25℃, with full curing completed within 48 hours. It withstands temperatures from -10℃ to 90℃, suitable for food processing environments with frequent high-temperature cleaning.

This coating is mainly applicable to food and beverage processing equipment including stainless steel storage tanks, beverage filling pipelines, wine brewing tanks, dairy processing equipment, canned food production lines and edible oil storage tanks. It is suitable for food processing factories, beverage breweries, dairy farms and other food production enterprises, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food products while meeting strict industry quality control standards.
