The core advantages of this coating include its self-polishing formula, which automatically smoothes the surface during immersion to remove attached marine organisms without manual cleaning. It contains 35% active antifouling agents, inhibiting attachment of over 20 common marine fouling organisms. Its dense cured film blocks seawater penetration to prevent rust and corrosion, and has passed ABS certification, meeting strict marine engineering safety standards. It also has excellent adhesion to fiberglass, steel alloy and galvanized steel, adapting to the dynamic stress changes of ship hulls during navigation.

This single-component marine coating can be used directly after stirring. The dry film thickness should be controlled between 150-200μm for optimal anti-fouling and anti-corrosion effects. Each liter covers 3-4 square meters, and two coats are recommended for maximum protection. The construction surface must be completely derusted and cleaned before application. Initial curing takes 6 hours at 25℃, with full curing completed within 36 hours. It withstands temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃, and is suitable for both fresh and seawater environments.

This coating is mainly used for underwater parts of ships including hull bottoms, ballast tanks and bilge areas, as well as offshore drilling platform legs, underwater oil and gas pipelines, port wharf steel structures and aquaculture facility frameworks. It is suitable for all types of commercial ships, fishing boats, yachts and offshore engineering equipment, reducing equipment maintenance frequency and lowering overall operation costs.
