The core advantage of this adhesive lies in its excellent high-temperature resistance, reaching a maximum service temperature of 280°C, making it suitable for repairing high-heat components such as engine exhaust manifolds and cylinder heads. It boasts high tensile and compressive strength, meeting the structural strength requirements of industrial load-bearing components. Additionally, it exhibits outstanding oil and water resistance, complying with ASTM D471 standards, ensuring stable performance in harsh industrial environments. The adhesive is easy to operate, with a 25-30 minute initial curing time and full curing within 24 hours, allowing for quick completion of repair work without disrupting production schedules. It also provides a silver-gray cured finish that matches the color of cast iron components, enhancing the aesthetic appearance of repaired parts.

The product has a cured silver-gray appearance with a smooth, grindable surface. Each carton contains 1kg of the adhesive, with a total volume of approximately 1.2 liters per carton. The adhesive has a mixing ratio of 1:1 by weight, making it easy to prepare for use. After full curing, it has a Shore hardness of 85D, with a thermal conductivity of 0.2 W/(m·K), suitable for applications requiring moderate heat transfer. The product meets EU REACH environmental protection standards, containing no harmful substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, ensuring safe operation during construction.

This high-temperature foundry adhesive is widely used in the automotive manufacturing and maintenance industry for repairing engine cylinder heads, exhaust manifolds, and transmission housing castings. It is also suitable for machine tool manufacturing and maintenance, repairing damaged cast iron machine beds and tooling components. In the heavy machinery industry, it can be used to repair pump bodies, valve bodies, and hydraulic cylinder castings, as well as bridge metal structural components and mining machinery parts. Additionally, it is ideal for on-site emergency repairs of industrial equipment, reducing maintenance time and costs for enterprises.
