At the same time, the coating surface has hydrophobic self-cleaning performance, which can reduce the adhesion of dust and pollutants, reducing the cost of later maintenance and cleaning. Compared with traditional acrylic outdoor coatings, its salt spray protection performance can reach 5000 hours, which is much higher than the 2000-hour standard of similar products. It also has excellent adhesion and wear resistance, which can resist wind and rain washing and mechanical collision in the outdoor environment. It is a single-component room temperature curing system, easy to construct, with rich color options, which can be customized according to customer needs, meeting the appearance requirements of outdoor engineering.

The packaging specification is 18 Kilograms per steel drum, with a volume solid content of 70%. The recommended dry film thickness is 60-100 microns, the touch drying time is 1.5 hours (at 25℃, 50% humidity), and the full curing time is 24 hours. The adhesion strength is not less than 4 MPa, the UV aging resistance is 5000 hours without fading, the salt spray test performance is 5000 hours without rust, and it can be used stably in the environment of -30℃ to 150℃. The VOC content is less than 60g/L, meeting environmental protection requirements. Applicable substrates include steel, aluminum alloy, galvanized steel, wood and other outdoor commonly used materials. It can be constructed by spraying, brushing and other methods, and the curing method can be selected as normal temperature air curing or 60℃ low-temperature baking curing. The coating density is 1.3 g/cm³, and the theoretical coating rate is 6-7 square meters per Kilogram (60 microns dry film thickness).

It is suitable for outdoor billboards, guardrails of cross-sea bridges, steel structural parts of urban viaducts, outdoor solar brackets, metal roofs of stadiums, sound insulation barriers of expressways and other scenarios. It can provide anti-corrosion and appearance protection for outdoor substrates for more than 10 years, effectively reducing the maintenance frequency and cost of outdoor facilities. It is especially suitable for use in coastal areas with high UV and high salt fog, helping customers improve the appearance durability and anti-corrosion performance of outdoor engineering, and is widely used in outdoor anti-corrosion projects of municipal engineering, advertising industry, energy industry, architectural decoration and other fields.
