The core technical advantages include the addition of nano-silica particles that enhance the coating's anti-ultraviolet and anti-corrosion performance, with a UV resistance of 2000 hours without chalking. The hydrophobic coating surface can effectively reduce the adhesion of dust and dirt, reducing the cleaning frequency of photovoltaic modules. It has a flame retardant rating of UL 94 V-0, improving the safety performance of photovoltaic modules. The coating has minimal transmissivity loss, ensuring the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules is not affected.

The product specifications include a coating thickness of 30-50μm per single construction, with a coating rate of 0.03 kg per square meter per 40μm thickness. It is a single-component water-based product, ready to use after stirring. The curing time is 10 minutes at 60℃, or 48 hours at normal temperature. It is available in transparent standard color, packaged in roll form with a width of 1000mm and a length of 500m per roll, suitable for large-scale photovoltaic module manufacturing.

This photovoltaic anti-corrosion coating is mainly applicable to solar panel backsheets, photovoltaic module frames, outdoor solar power station facilities and other photovoltaic industry-related metal and plastic substrates. It can effectively resist the erosion of outdoor environment factors such as ultraviolet rays, acid rain and salt mist, and is widely used in global photovoltaic module manufacturing enterprises and solar power station construction projects.
