The core competitive advantages of this coating include its ultra-long 3000+ hour salt spray resistance, far exceeding the industry average of 1000 hours. Its two-component formula ensures stable cross-linking after curing, forming a dense, non-porous protective film that blocks moisture, acid and alkali erosion. It features excellent UV resistance to prevent film chalking and peeling under prolonged sunlight, and its low VOC content meets European and American environmental regulations, reducing harm to construction workers and the natural environment. It also offers strong adhesion to multiple metal substrates, eliminating the need for extra primer in most cases.

This two-component coating includes a main agent and curing agent, mixed at a 10:1 ratio before construction. The dry film thickness should be controlled between 80-120μm for optimal protection. Each liter of mixed coating covers 4-5 square meters. The construction surface must be thoroughly derusted, degreased and dust-free before application. Initial curing takes 4 hours at 25℃, with full curing completed within 24 hours. It withstands temperatures from -40℃ to 120℃, and has passed ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 9001 quality management certifications.

This coating is primarily used for heavy industrial scenarios including steel bridge construction, offshore platform frameworks, industrial chemical storage tanks, power transmission tower foundations and port loading equipment. It is ideal for coastal and high-humidity areas where metal structures face severe salt spray and chemical corrosion, and can also be used for outdoor steel structures in polluted industrial zones, extending metal substrate service life by over 2 times compared to ordinary anti-corrosion coatings.
