The packaging specification is 16 Fluid Ounces per aerosol can, with a volume solid content of 55%. The recommended dry film thickness is 30-50 microns, the touch drying time is 30 minutes (at 25℃, 50% humidity), and the full curing time is 24 hours. The adhesion strength is not less than 3.5 MPa, the salt spray resistance is 1000 hours without rust, and the water resistance meets the ASTM D1735 standard. It can be used stably in the environment of -5℃ to 40℃. Applicable substrates include steel, cast iron, galvanized steel and other metal materials. No additional construction tools are required, and it can be sprayed directly. The curing method is normal temperature air curing. The coating density is 1.1 g/cm³, and the theoretical coating rate is 10-12 square meters per 16 Fluid Ounces (30 microns dry film thickness).
