The core advantages of this coating include its quick-drying formula, forming a protective film within 30 minutes and completing full curing within 2 hours, greatly improving emergency repair efficiency. It comes in a portable aerosol spray can, requiring no professional tools, and can be used directly after shaking evenly. It has strong adhesion to multiple metal substrates, providing effective anti-corrosion protection against rain, moisture and sunlight, and is compact and easy to carry for home toolkits, outdoor construction teams and vehicle emergency kits.

Each aerosol can contains 400g of anti-corrosion coating, covering 0.5-0.7 square meters per can. The dry film thickness should be controlled between 50-80μm for optimal protection. The repair surface must be cleaned of rust, oil and dust before application, with 2-3 coats applied at a distance of 20-30cm from the surface. Initial curing takes 30 minutes at 25℃, with full curing completed within 2 hours. It withstands temperatures from -20℃ to 60℃, suitable for indoor and outdoor emergency repair scenarios.

This coating is mainly applicable to emergency repair of small metal corrosion damage, including outdoor garden fence rust spots, car chassis and wheel hub scratches, garden tool rust, bicycle frame corrosion, outdoor lighting stand damage and other small metal products. It is suitable for home users, outdoor maintenance workers, vehicle owners and construction teams, preventing further corrosion of metal products and extending their service life.
