The cured coating has high hardness of ≥H, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, and can withstand long-term outdoor wind and sun erosion. It has excellent adhesion strength to steel substrates, and will not peel off under long-term vibration and temperature changes.

The product specifications include a coating thickness of 60-100μm per single construction, with a coating rate of 0.1 kg per square meter per 80μm thickness. The particle size is 20-50μm, suitable for electrostatic spraying equipment. The curing conditions are 180℃ for 20 minutes. It is packaged in 25kg metal drums, available in red lead gray, white and black standard colors, suitable for large-scale steel structure construction projects.

This powder anti-corrosion coating is mainly applicable to steel bridge structures, factory steel beams, outdoor steel guardrails, storage steel shelves, industrial equipment shells and other steel structural parts.
