The core advantage of this adhesive is its food-grade safety certification, which meets the strict requirements of the US FDA for food contact materials, ensuring that no harmful substances are released during use. It has good adhesion to a wide range of metal substrates including cast iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy, providing reliable sealing and structural strength for food equipment components. It exhibits excellent water and oil resistance, ensuring stable performance in the humid and oily environment of food processing workshops. The adhesive is easy to operate, with a 1:1 mixing ratio, and cures to a silver-gray finish that matches the appearance of food equipment components. Additionally, it is non-toxic and odorless after curing, meeting the hygiene requirements of food processing plants.

The adhesive has a mixing ratio of 1:1 by weight, with a viscosity of 22000-32000 mPa·s at 25°C, suitable for brush application and injection repair. Each carton contains 500g of the adhesive, with a density of 1.18 g/cm³. After full curing, the Shore hardness is 80D, with a tensile shear strength of 14 MPa between stainless steel substrates. The product has a storage period of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place at 5-25°C, and should be used within 1 hour after mixing. It meets EU food contact safety standards and is suitable for use in food and beverage production lines, brewery equipment, and dairy processing plants.

This food-grade foundry adhesive is primarily used for repairing cast iron and stainless steel components of brewery equipment such as fermentation tanks, pump bodies, and pipeline flanges. It is also suitable for repairing castings of food processing equipment such as meat processing machines, packaging machines, and conveyor systems. Additionally, it can be used for repairing aluminum alloy components of dairy production lines and beverage filling machines, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food production. It is also ideal for repairing castings of commercial kitchen equipment such as commercial ovens and steam cabinets.
