This waterborne acrylic anti-corrosion coating is available in 1kg, 5kg and 20kg packaging. The dry film thickness should be controlled between 30-50μm for optimal protection, with 6-8 square meters covered per kilogram for a single coat, and two coats recommended for better anti-corrosion effect. The construction surface must be cleaned of rust, oil and dust before application. Curing takes 12 hours at 25℃, and it withstands temperatures from -30℃ to 80℃, suitable for all types of outdoor metal products.
