The key feature of this adhesive is its excellent wettability for aluminum surfaces, which can effectively penetrate and bond with the oxide layer on aluminum surfaces, eliminating the need for complex surface pretreatment. It has a fast curing speed, with initial curing in 20 minutes and full curing in 18 hours, allowing for quick completion of repair work. The cured product has a metallic silver appearance that matches the color of aluminum components, improving the aesthetic effect of repaired parts. It also exhibits good corrosion resistance, complying with ISO 9227 standards, ensuring long-term stability in humid and corrosive environments. Additionally, it is low in volatile organic compounds, meeting environmental protection requirements, and is non-toxic during construction.

The adhesive has a mixing ratio of 2:1 by weight, making it easy to mix and apply. Each box contains 500g of the adhesive, with a viscosity of 25000-35000 mPa·s at 25°C, suitable for both brush application and injection repair. After full curing, the Shore hardness is 75D, with a tensile shear strength of 15 MPa between aluminum alloy substrates. The product has a storage period of 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place at 5-25°C, and should be used within 1 hour after mixing.

This aluminum alloy foundry adhesive is primarily used for repairing automotive alloy wheels, repairing cracks and holes on die-cast aluminum housings of home appliances such as refrigerators and washing machines. It is also suitable for repairing aluminum castings of aviation and aerospace equipment, as well as aluminum components of industrial machinery such as conveyor systems and packaging equipment. Additionally, it can be used for sealing and bonding aluminum pipes and fittings, providing a reliable sealing solution for liquid and gas transmission systems.
