Compared with ordinary casting adhesives, this product has super high temperature resistance, which can meet the repair needs of high-temperature working conditions. It adopts a modified epoxy resin formula, which has excellent bonding strength and corrosion resistance. The 1:1 mixing ratio is easy to operate, and no professional welding qualification is required. After curing, it can be polished, drilled and painted, which is consistent with the appearance of the original casting. It avoids the deformation problem caused by traditional welding, and can be used in narrow and closed spaces, reducing construction risks and costs.

Each package contains a 4 Fl Oz dual-component adhesive tube, which is equipped with a professional mixing nozzle to ensure uniform mixing of the two components. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight, and the construction can be completed within 30 minutes after mixing. After full curing for 24 hours, the Shore hardness reaches 80D, the tensile strength is 12 MPa, and it can resist the erosion of oil, water and weak acid. It is suitable for construction in the temperature range of 10-35°C, and the unopened shelf life is 12 months. The cured layer has good dimensional stability and will not shrink or deform significantly.
