Compared with ordinary casting adhesives, this product has excellent insulation performance, which is specially designed for the electronic industry. It has low volatile content, which will not corrode precision electronic components or cause pollution to the working environment. The cured layer has good flexibility, which can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of electronic components, reducing the risk of cracking caused by temperature changes. It has passed ROHS and UL environmental protection and safety certifications, meeting the production standards of the electronic industry. The construction is simple, and the mixed adhesive can form a firm sealing layer, effectively protecting electronic components from external damage.

Each piece includes two 25ml tubes (total 50ml) of adhesive and a matching mixing spatula. The viscosity before curing is 7000-9000 mPa·s, which is suitable for sealing small precision casting parts. After full curing, the Shore hardness reaches 70D, with excellent insulation performance of 1×10^15 Ω·cm. It meets ROHS and UL certifications, and contains no corrosive substances, which is safe for use in precision electronic equipment. The construction environment temperature should be between 15℃ and 30℃, and the surface to be repaired should be clean and free of oil and dust before use.

This product is mainly used in the electronic manufacturing industry, precision instrument manufacturing, sensor production and other industries. It can seal and repair sand holes, cracks and wear defects of metal electronic housings, sensor castings and PCB mounting parts, effectively protecting electronic components from moisture, dust and other foreign matter.
