Different from ordinary casting adhesives, this product has excellent underwater curing performance, which can still maintain good bonding performance even in a submerged environment. It has an IP68 waterproof rating, and can be used for long-term underwater repair of casting parts. The cured layer has good flexibility, with an elongation at break of 15%, which can adapt to the slight deformation of the base material. It can resist the erosion of various liquids such as fresh water, seawater and weak acid solutions, and will not degrade or peel after long-term immersion in water. The construction is simple, and no special professional tools are required.

Each piece includes two 25ml tubes (total 50ml) of adhesive and a mixing stick. The viscosity before curing is 9000-11000 mPa·s, which is suitable for filling small and medium-sized casting defects. After full curing, the Shore hardness reaches 80D, with excellent impact resistance. It meets ROHS environmental protection standards, contains no volatile toxic solvents, and is safe for use in water-related scenarios such as swimming pools, water tanks and shipyards. The construction can be carried out at a temperature between 5℃ and 40℃, and the surface to be repaired should be free of loose debris and oil stains.

This product is widely used in water conservancy projects, shipbuilding, aquarium equipment manufacturing, pipeline maintenance and other industries. It can repair sand holes, cracks and wear defects of cast iron, steel and copper castings in humid or underwater environments, such as water tank walls, ship hull flanges, pipeline joints and other casting parts. It can also be used for sealing and repairing of swimming pool concrete and metal combined parts, effectively preventing water leakage.
