This adhesive stands out for its excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, solving the pain points of high cost and complicated operation of traditional casting repair methods. Unlike single-component adhesives, its 1:1 mixed ratio is easy to operate, with no need for professional construction tools. It can resist oil, water and weak acid corrosion. The cured layer has good insulation performance and will not cause secondary damage to the base material, meeting the repair needs of various industrial casting parts, from small hardware fittings to large heavy machinery castings.
Each piece includes two 25ml tubes (total 50ml) of adhesive and a matching mixing spatula. The adhesive is made of epoxy modified acrylic resin, with a viscosity of 8000-10000 mPa·s before curing. After full curing, the Shore hardness reaches 85D, with excellent wear resistance. It has passed ROHS environmental protection certification, contains no toxic solvents, and is safe for indoor and outdoor construction. The operating temperature during construction should be between 15℃ and 30℃, and the construction surface should be clean and free of oil and rust before use.
This product is widely applicable to machinery manufacturing, automotive maintenance, shipbuilding, hardware processing and other industries. It can be used to repair sand holes, cracks, and missing parts of cast iron, steel and aluminum castings, such as engine cylinder blocks, machine tool beds, pipeline flanges and hardware fittings.
