This adhesive addresses the key pain point of traditional adhesives, which cannot be used for micro-scale casting defect repair due to high viscosity. Its low-viscosity epoxy resin formula can flow into micro-cracks and tiny sand holes with a width of less than 0.1mm, providing a precise and invisible repair. The translucent gray color matches the appearance of precision cast iron parts, eliminating the need for extensive post-repair polishing and surface treatment. It has a slower curing speed, allowing sufficient time for precise adjustment and positioning of the repaired area, and offers good resistance to mild detergents and water, ensuring long-term durability of precision components. Additionally, it cures to a rigid solid with low shrinkage, maintaining the dimensional accuracy of the repaired precision parts.

The adhesive comes in a 100g precision syringe kit, which allows precise application of the adhesive to micro-scale defects without excess material. The two components are mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio, and the operative time is 40 minutes, allowing sufficient time for precise application before curing begins. It cures to a translucent gray solid with a Shore D hardness of 75, providing a rigid and low-shrinkage repair. The full curing time is 48 hours at 25℃ room temperature, and the bonded area can withstand a tensile strength of 20 MPa. It operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to 80℃, making it suitable for indoor precision manufacturing and maintenance scenarios.
