This adhesive solves the key pain point of traditional adhesives, which cannot be used in wet or underwater environments. Its water-based modified epoxy formula can adhere to wet surfaces and cure normally under water, eliminating the need for drying the repair area before application. It offers excellent resistance to salt water, sewage and other industrial fluids, ensuring long-term durability of the repaired area in wet environments. It has a moderate curing speed, allowing sufficient time for precise application under water, and the cured layer has good sealing performance, preventing water leakage from the repaired area. Additionally, it is environmentally friendly, with low volatile organic compound content, meeting industrial environmental protection standards.

The adhesive comes in a 500g underwater repair kit, which includes a special underwater mixing nozzle for direct application under water. The two components are mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio, and the operative time is 35 minutes, allowing sufficient time for precise application under water. It cures to an off-white solid with a Shore D hardness of 80, providing a rigid and sealed repair. The full curing time is 36 hours under water at 25℃, and the bonded area can withstand a tensile strength of 22 MPa. It operates within a temperature range of -30℃ to 100℃, making it suitable for underwater and wet industrial scenarios.

This underwater curable foundry repair adhesive is primarily used in the maritime, plumbing, wastewater treatment and hydropower industries. Typical application scenarios include repairing cracks in cast iron ship hull parts, repairing pores in water pump shells, fixing damaged cast iron pipe fittings in underwater pipelines and maintaining sewage treatment equipment components. It can also be used for on-site emergency repairs of wet industrial components without shutting down the equipment, reducing maintenance downtime and costs. It is suitable for professional underwater maintenance teams and industrial facilities that require wet environment repair solutions.
