This product adopts a special formula for non-ferrous metal castings, which is non-corrosive to aluminum and magnesium alloy surfaces, avoiding electrochemical corrosion. It has good bonding strength and can meet the repair needs of ordinary non-ferrous metal castings. After curing, it can be polished and painted, and is compatible with aluminum primer to ensure consistent appearance with the original castings. It has excellent UV resistance, suitable for outdoor use, and will not age and crack under long-term sunlight exposure. It is easy to operate and does not require professional equipment.

Each package contains a 6 Fl Oz dual-component adhesive tube, equipped with a mixing nozzle to ensure uniform mixing of the two components. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by volume, and the usable time after mixing is about 25 minutes. After full curing for 20 hours, the Shore hardness reaches 70D, the tensile strength is 10 MPa, and it has excellent UV resistance, which meets the ISO 105-B02 grade 5 standard. It is suitable for construction in the temperature range of 15-35°C, and the unopened shelf life is 15 months. The cured layer has good dimensional stability and will not shrink or deform significantly.

This aluminum casting special adhesive is widely used in the repair of aluminum alloy engine cylinder blocks, aerospace aluminum alloy castings, hardware aluminum alloy die castings, outdoor aluminum lamp castings and yacht aluminum structural parts. It can repair air holes, sand holes and cracks on non-ferrous metal castings, and will not cause corrosion to the aluminum surface, ensuring the long-term service life of the repaired components.
