This product has ultra-high bonding strength, with a tensile strength of 18 MPa, which can meet the load-bearing requirements of heavy-duty castings. It adopts a modified epoxy resin formula with excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to various harsh industrial environments. The 1:1 weight mixing ratio is simple and easy to operate, and it comes with a professional mixing tool to ensure uniform mixing. After curing, it can be milled, drilled and polished, and the appearance is consistent with the original casting. It does not require open flame operation, which is suitable for construction in closed spaces and high-altitude environments.

Each set contains two 4 Fl Oz adhesive tubes, with a total of 8 Fl Oz of colloidal material, equipped with a mixing nozzle and a scraper. The mixing ratio is 1:1 by weight, and the usable time after mixing is about 20 minutes. After full curing for 18 hours, the Shore hardness reaches 85D, the impact resistance is 12 kJ/m², and it can resist the erosion of water, oil and various industrial solvents. It is suitable for construction in the temperature range of 10-35°C, and the unopened shelf life is 18 months. The cured layer has good dimensional stability and will not crack or peel under long-term heavy loads.
