This ceramic adhesive uses a modified silane base material with added silver ion antimicrobial ingredients, which effectively inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria, reaching grade 0 mildew resistance, solving the long-standing problem of black mildew in bathroom gaps. It has excellent elasticity, can adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of substrates, avoiding cracking and falling off after long-term use. The formula has low VOC content, minimal irritating odor, and is formulated to be low-toxicity for daily household use. It can be coated and painted after curing, matching the decoration style of the home. Compared with ordinary silicone adhesives, it has better adhesion to ceramic surfaces and does not corrode ceramic glazes.
Each package contains one 300ml piece of ceramic adhesive. The product has a skin-over time of 10 to 15 minutes and reaches full curing after 24 hours under normal temperature and 50% humidity. The tensile shear strength reaches more than 1.8MPa, with good bonding stability. It can operate stably in the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃, and has an IPX8 waterproof rating, which can resist long-term immersion in water. The VOC content is controlled below 50g/L, meeting EU CE and American EPA environmental protection certification standards. Available colors include white, transparent, and gray to meet different decoration needs.
