This adhesive uses a special underwater curing formula, which can be cured normally without drying the base surface, and can achieve initial curing in 30 minutes underwater. It uses high-purity alumina ceramic particles as filler, with tensile shear strength ≥18MPa, and the water absorption rate is ≤0.5%, which maintains stable performance after long-term immersion in seawater. It has excellent salt spray resistance, which can resist the corrosion of marine environment, and meets the marine environmental protection standards. It is suitable for various underwater maintenance scenarios, reducing the construction difficulty and cost of underwater equipment repair.

The adhesive is mixed in a ratio of 5:1 (A:B). The tensile shear strength after underwater curing is ≥18MPa, the water absorption rate is ≤0.5%, and the ceramic particle size is 2-4mm. The initial curing time underwater is 30 minutes, and it can be fully cured within 24 hours. The packaging specification is 10kg per carton, with a shelf life of 12 months. It has passed the salt spray resistance test of ≥1000 hours, and is suitable for base materials such as steel, cast iron, concrete and FRP. It can be used for repair and protection of underwater equipment in marine, reservoir and other water environments.
It is applicable to wear repair of ship underwater hull, plugging of underwater sewage pipelines, protection of wharf concrete platforms, maintenance of marine breeding equipment, sealing repair of reservoir gates and other underwater working scenarios. It can effectively repair damaged parts of underwater equipment without draining water, reducing the maintenance time and cost of underwater facilities, and extending the service life of underwater equipment.
