The adhesive has excellent UV resistance, and will not yellow or embrittle after 10 years of outdoor exposure, maintaining stable bonding performance. The moisture curing system does not require additional heating equipment, and can cure in natural outdoor environment, suitable for on-site construction. The high ceramic particle content improves the hardness and wear resistance of the adhesive layer, adapting to the impact of outdoor climate and pedestrian flow. It also has excellent waterproof performance, reaching IPX7 waterproof rating, effectively preventing water seepage and corrosion of the bonding interface.
Packaged in 5kg per sealed plastic barrel, with a gray paste appearance. The viscosity is 6000±600 mPa·s at 25℃, and the curing time is 24 hours at room temperature to reach 70% of the strength, and full strength after 7 days. The elongation at break is ≥300%, adapting to the slight deformation of building materials due to temperature changes. It has good adhesion to various outdoor substrates, with no peeling or cracking after 500 cycles of temperature cycling from -40℃ to 80℃. The packaging has a sealed lid to prevent moisture from entering during storage.
