The adhesive is added with high-hardness alumina ceramic particles with a hardness of Mohs 9, which can effectively resist the wear caused by materials such as coal, ore, and sand. The urethane modified matrix has good flexibility, adapting to the slight deformation of the conveyor belt during operation, and will not crack or peel off. Compared with traditional rubber lining plates, this adhesive can be constructed on-site without large-scale disassembly of the conveyor belt, reducing downtime by more than 60%. It also has good oil resistance and water resistance, suitable for wet and oily working conditions in ports and mines.

Packaged in 2kg per set (1.4kg of component A + 0.6kg of component B), with a black paste appearance. The viscosity is 8000±800 mPa·s at 25℃, and the mixing ratio is 7:3 by weight. After curing, the hardness reaches Shore D75, and the adhesion strength to rubber conveyor belts is ≥3MPa, and to steel is ≥15MPa. It can cure to 80% of the strength within 8 hours and reach full strength within 24 hours. The packaging uses plastic barrels with inner plastic bags to prevent moisture and contamination, and is suitable for cold construction in the temperature range of 5℃ to 35℃.
Mainly applicable to the wear-resistant coating and repair of rubber conveyor belts in coal mines, iron ore ports, and logistics distribution centers; the lining of transfer chutes and hoppers in mining and port industries; the repair of wear parts of bucket wheel machines and belt conveyors. It can also be used for the anti-wear treatment of equipment such as ore crushers and material screening machines, providing long-term anti-wear protection for industrial conveying systems.
