This coating adhesive adds high-content silicon carbide ceramic particles, which have excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, with a wear resistance coefficient 3 times higher than ordinary paint. The two-component formula can be cured at room temperature, and can be applied by brushing or spraying, which is simple to construct. It has excellent UV aging resistance, and can be used outdoors for more than 8 years without fading or peeling. It meets the ISO 12944 anti-corrosion standard, has low VOC content, and solves the pain points of easy rusting and wear of outdoor steel structures, reducing later maintenance costs.

The adhesive is mixed in a ratio of 6:1 (A:B). The wear resistance coefficient is ≥0.8, the salt spray resistance is ≥2000 hours, and the UV aging resistance can reach more than 8 years of outdoor use. The ceramic particle type is silicon carbide, with a particle size of 1-2mm. The working temperature range is -20℃ to 100℃, the surface drying time is 2 hours, and the thorough curing time is 24 hours. The coating thickness can be adjusted between 0.5-2mm according to actual needs. The packaging specification is 20kg per barrel, with a shelf life of 12 months, and meets the ISO 12944 anti-corrosion standard.
It is applicable to anti-corrosion and wear-resistant protection of outdoor steel structure bridges, petrochemical transmission pipelines, industrial workshop steel structure columns, port wharf guardrails, outdoor sports facilities and other steel structures. It can form a durable protective coating on the surface of steel structures, resist the erosion of various harsh environments, extend the service life of steel structures, and reduce the frequency of maintenance and repainting.
