Adopts nano ceramic powder filling modification technology, breaking through the temperature resistance limit of ordinary silicone, with a maximum continuous high-temperature resistance of 280℃, while retaining excellent insulation performance and anti-aging ability, solving the pain points of poor insulation and easy brittleness of traditional high-temperature adhesives. It has no pungent odor after curing, complies with RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards, and can be used for bonding high-temperature components of food processing equipment (additional food-grade compliance confirmation required). It adapts to various substrate surfaces and realizes high-strength bonding without complex pretreatment.

Each tube has a net content of 50ml, with a tensile strength of 25MPa after curing, 45 Shore A hardness, gray or black paste appearance, and a shrinkage rate of ≤0.5% after curing. The working temperature range covers -40℃ to 280℃, the outdoor service life is ≥10 years, and the storage validity period is 12 months. It needs to be stored in a cool and dry place below 25℃, avoiding direct sunlight.
It is suitable for structural bonding and sealing of industrial high-temperature furnaces, heat treatment equipment, automobile exhaust systems, ceramic electric heating elements, glass high-temperature viewing windows and other scenarios. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing, home appliance manufacturing, new energy equipment maintenance and other industries, and can replace traditional bolt fixing and high-temperature welding processes to realize lightweight structural assembly.
