This adhesive uses micron-sized alumina ceramic particles as filler, which improves the bonding strength and wear resistance of the adhesive layer. The two-component epoxy formula has moderate pot life, and can achieve high strength after curing at room temperature, with tensile shear strength ≥30MPa. It has excellent aging resistance, and can be used outdoors for more than 5 years without peeling or cracking. It will not pollute the surface of ceramics and metals, meets RoHS and REACH environmental protection standards, and solves the pain points of easy degumming and insufficient strength of traditional metal-ceramic bonding, which is suitable for precision hardware and ceramic product assembly production.

The adhesive is mixed in a ratio of 1:1 (A:B). The tensile shear strength after curing is ≥30MPa, the Shore D hardness is ≥78, and the particle size of alumina ceramic is 0.3-0.8mm. The working temperature range is -50℃ to 120℃, the pot life is 45 minutes, and it can be fully cured within 48 hours. The packaging specification is 5kg per carton, with a shelf life of 12 months. It meets the ASTM D1002 test standard, and is suitable for bonding between metal and ceramics, ceramics and ceramics, as well as the wear-resistant coating of hardware tools.
It is applicable to the bonding of ceramic tool handles, assembly of ceramic molds, wear-resistant coating of hardware tools, fixing of electronic ceramic components, structural bonding of industrial ceramic products and other scenarios.
