This adhesive adopts a composite ceramic filler formula with high-temperature inorganic binder added, maintaining stable bonding performance in high-temperature environments. It does not require special heating curing and can be cured at room temperature, making operation convenient and fast. Compared with traditional high-temperature adhesives, its shear strength is increased by 40%, and it is compatible with a variety of base materials including ceramic, metal and refractory materials. It has passed RoHS environmental protection certification, has no pungent smell, and meets the safety standards of industrial production, solving the industry pain point of bonding materials aging and falling off easily in high-temperature working conditions.

Each piece is packaged in a 100ml two-component tube with a mixing ratio of A:B = 1:1. The operating temperature range is 10-35℃. It reaches usable strength after 24 hours of curing and maximum strength after 72 hours. It is gray paste in appearance, with a density of 1.8 g/cm³, and a thermal conductivity of 0.8 W/(m·K) after curing. It meets RoHS 2.0 environmental protection standards, and has a shelf life of 12 months when unopened.
It is mainly used for bonding the lining of industrial kilns, repairing ceramic components of metallurgical equipment, splicing refractory materials, fixing ceramic coatings of high-temperature pipelines and other scenarios. It is applicable to high-temperature industrial fields such as metallurgy, building materials and electric power, and can replace traditional refractory cement and mechanical fixing methods to improve bonding reliability and service life.
