This adhesive uses high-purity alumina ceramic particles as the reinforced filler, with wear resistance 5 times higher than ordinary steel. The two-component mixed formula can be cured at room temperature without professional heating equipment, which simplifies the construction process. It has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, will not peel off or crack under long-term mechanical wear, and solves the pain points of high maintenance costs and frequent shutdowns caused by frequent equipment wear. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, with low VOC content, meeting the production standards of most industrial fields.

The adhesive is divided into component A and component B with a mixing ratio of 10:1. The tensile shear strength after curing is ≥25MPa, the Shore D hardness is ≥85, and the ceramic particle size is controlled between 1-3mm. The working temperature range is -40℃ to 150℃, the pot life is 30 minutes, and it can be fully cured within 24 hours. The packaging specification is 20kg per carton, with a shelf life of 12 months. It has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, and the VOC content is ≤50g/L, which meets the environmental protection requirements of various countries. The construction thickness can be adjusted according to actual wear conditions, generally 2-5mm for repair parts.
It is mainly applicable to the wear repair and protection of mining equipment hoppers, coal conveyor chutes, fan impellers in the power industry, mill liners in cement plants, shovels of construction machinery and other wear-prone parts. It can also be used for the anti-wear treatment of industrial pipeline inner walls and conveyor belt lining plates, effectively extending the service life of equipment and reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance and replacement.
