This adhesive adopts an inorganic-organic composite bonding formula with high-strength ceramic fiber filler added, having shear and tensile strength far exceeding ordinary ceramic adhesives, and can bear the self-weight and external load of large ceramic structural components. It requires heating and curing at 120℃ for 2 hours to achieve maximum strength. After curing, it has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and can be used stably in harsh industrial environments. It has passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, meeting the high standards of industrial-grade bonding, solving the industry pain point of poor bonding and easy damage of large ceramic structural components.

Each piece is packaged in a 200ml two-component tube with a mixing ratio of A:B = 1:1. The operating temperature range is 10-35℃. The curing condition is constant temperature 120℃ for 2 hours. After complete curing, the shear strength can reach 5.8 MPa and the tensile strength can reach 4.2 MPa. It is beige paste in appearance, with a density of 2.0 g/cm³, and a temperature resistance range of -40℃ to 600℃. It has a shelf life of 11 months when unopened.
It is mainly used for splicing large ceramic kiln fixtures, bonding the lining of industrial ceramic pipes, repairing ceramic filter plates, installing industrial ceramic structural components in metallurgy and other scenarios. It is applicable to industrial fields such as metallurgy, building materials and environmental protection, and is a professional solution for bonding large ceramic structural components.
