The key advantage of this adhesive is its high content of alumina ceramic particles, which endow it with high-performance wear resistance, effectively extending the service life of mining equipment subject to frequent particle erosion. It does not require high-temperature curing, which greatly simplifies the construction process and is suitable for temporary repairs in remote mining sites. Its strong bonding strength can firmly adhere to metal, rubber and concrete substrates, and has excellent impact resistance to cope with the heavy load and vibration of mining equipment. It also meets ISO 14001 environmental management standards, with low volatile organic compound emissions.

This two-component adhesive has a mixing ratio of 3:1, with a density of 2.1g/cm³ and a viscosity of 6000cps. It forms a dry surface within 6 hours at room temperature, and reaches 90% of its final strength after 48 hours, with full strength achieved after 7 days. The working temperature range is from -40℃ to 300℃, and the linear expansion coefficient is 7.8×10^-6/℃. It is packaged in 5kg per box and 20kg per carton, and should be stored in a cool, dry environment with a storage period of 12 months.
It is widely used for the wear repair of mining and aggregate processing equipment, including conveyor chutes, cone crusher liners, cyclone liners in mineral processing plants, hoppers in sand and gravel production lines, and loading and unloading equipment in ports. It can also be used for the repair of wear-resistant layers of construction machinery and heavy-duty conveyor belts, providing reliable wear protection for heavy industrial equipment.
