The core advantage of this product is its high solid content and large-area construction adaptability, which can meet the needs of large-area wear-resistant coating construction of industrial sites. Different from ordinary wear-resistant coatings, it uses modified urethane resin as the matrix and high-density alumina ceramic particles, which has good flexibility and impact resistance, and can adapt to the slight deformation of steel structures during operation. It supports multiple construction methods such as spraying, troweling and brush coating, which can adapt to different construction scenarios, and the construction efficiency is high, which can complete the coating of large-area steel structures in a short time. In addition, it has excellent adhesion to metal base materials, and the cured coating will not peel off or fall off for a long time.

This adhesive adopts room temperature and atmospheric curing mode, with initial curing time of 2-4 hours and full curing time of 24 hours. Its wear resistance coefficient is 0.035g/cm³·h, and the temperature resistance range is -40℃ to 100℃. The solid content is 96%, which can reduce the volatilization of solvents during construction. The recommended construction thickness is 3-10mm, and multiple coatings can be constructed to meet the needs of different wear resistance requirements. It is packaged in 200kg/industrial drum, with a shelf life of 12 months, and needs to be stored in a dry and cool environment.
It is mainly used for wear-resistant coating construction of steel structures such as industrial workshop floors, port crane beams, logistics conveying belt brackets and mining steel structures; wear-resistant protection of ship cargo hold surfaces and bridge steel components; it can also be used for anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment of outdoor steel equipment. Typical application scenarios include wear-resistant coating of workshop concrete floor, anti-wear treatment of port conveyor belt frames, which can effectively protect steel structures from wear and corrosion, and reduce the maintenance cost of industrial equipment.
