This food grade magnesium oxide is produced from edible brine as raw material, with heavy metal lead and arsenic content both lower than 0.0001%, fully complying with FDA 21 CFR 173.310 and GB 1886.230-2016 standards. Its ultra-fine particle size has fast dissolution speed in food, which can effectively adjust the pH value of food, and as an anti-caking agent, it can prevent caking of sugar powder, salt and other foods. This product has a minimum purity of 99.2%, heavy metal lead content no more than 0.0001%, particle size ranging from 0.050 to 0.075 millimeters, loss on ignition no more than 1.0%, moisture content no more than 0.2%. It appears as white fine powder, with CAS number 1309-48-4. Each package is 5kg per box, with a shelf life of 12 months under dry storage conditions. It meets the safety requirements of food contact materials, and can be directly added to food and pharmaceutical products.

This food grade magnesium oxide is widely used as an acidity regulator, anti-caking agent and filter aid in the food industry, as a magnesium element supplement in feed industry, as an oil absorbent and pH regulator in cosmetics, and as an antacid in pharmaceutical excipients.
