This heavy magnesium oxide is produced via vertical kiln calcination of high-purity magnesite, which avoids residual impurities and improves fluidity by 20% compared to ordinary heavy magnesium oxide, making it suitable for automated feeding production lines. Its low water absorption rate reduces caking problems during production, solving the pain point of easy cracking of traditional heavy magnesium oxide in refractory materials. It meets food-contact refractory component production standards, with no heavy metal residues exceeding safety limits. It can be directly applied to high-temperature forming processes without additional purification treatment, reducing production costs for downstream enterprises.

This product has a minimum purity of 98.5%, with particle size ranging from 0.105 to 0.125 millimeters, bulk density of 1.45 g/cm³, loss on ignition no more than 0.5%, moisture content no more than 0.1%. It appears as white amorphous powder, with CAS number 1309-48-4. Each package is 25kg per bag, suitable for long-term storage within 24 months under dry conditions. It can withstand operating temperatures from 1500℃ to 1800℃, meeting the high-temperature resistance requirements of most industrial refractory applications.

This heavy magnesium oxide is mainly used in the production of refractory bricks, refractory castables, automotive brake friction materials, ceramic glazes, wire and cable filling materials and environmental protection desulfurization agents. It is especially suitable for the production of high-temperature industrial kiln linings, which can improve the flexural strength and service life of refractory materials. In the automotive field, it can enhance the heat resistance and wear resistance of brake systems, and can also be used as a filler for environmental protection sewage treatment agents to improve adsorption efficiency.
