This product is made via pre-dispersion process, with uniform particle size, and can be directly added to water-based coating systems without additional grinding, saving production time and equipment costs. It has zero VOC content, complying with EU environmental protection standards, and is suitable for indoor decoration coatings to improve indoor air quality. It has excellent compatibility with all water-based binders, no layering and chromatography, maintaining stable coating color. It has no peculiar smell, meeting the environmental protection requirements of indoor decoration products.
The dispersion has solid content of 35±2%, iron oxide red content of 30±1%, particle size D50 of 1-2μm, pH value between 8.0 and 9.0, viscosity of 100-300 mPa·s, compatible with all water-based binders, zero VOC content, heavy metal content ≤10ppm, shelf life of 12 months, and is packaged in 25kg plastic drums for convenient storage and transportation.
It is mainly used for interior wall latex paint, water-based ink, water-based wood coating, stationery coating and environmentally friendly packaging printing ink. It provides stable red coloring for water-based products, meeting environmental protection and safety requirements, and is suitable for home decoration, stationery production and packaging printing industries.
