The product features low production cost and stable product quality, with moderate activity suitable for most industrial processing scenarios. Its light bulk density makes it easy to mix and disperse in various raw material systems, reducing production energy consumption during mixing. The controlled particle size ensures uniform reaction in industrial production processes, avoiding local over-reaction or insufficient reaction. Compared with heavy magnesium oxide, it has better fluidity, which is convenient for automatic batching and transportation in industrial production lines.

This product is a white light fluffy powder with no visible mechanical impurities. Key specifications include: magnesium oxide content ≥92.0%, average particle size 30-50 μm, moisture content ≤0.5%, loss on ignition ≤3.0%, calcium content ≤1.0%, iron content ≤0.2%, activity value ≥60 ml, bulk density 0.4-0.6 g/cm³, 325 mesh sieve residue ≤0.1%, and a melting point of 2800 ℃. It is packaged in woven bags lined with plastic film to prevent moisture absorption and contamination during storage, with each bag containing 25 kilograms of product.

It is mainly used in the rubber industry as an activator and reinforcing agent for rubber products, improving the tensile strength and aging resistance of tires, rubber seals and other products. In the ceramic industry, it is used as a sintering aid to reduce the firing temperature and improve the gloss of ceramic products. It is also applied in the production of refractory materials, paint additives, and paper making fillers, playing a role in adjusting the pH value and improving the performance of paper products.
