Product features:

This product has passed strict food safety certification, with heavy metal and toxic impurity content far below the safety threshold, making it suitable for direct contact with food and cosmetics. Its ultra-fine particle size ensures uniform coloring without uneven color blocks. It has no peculiar smell and toxicity, and will not affect the flavor of food, making it suitable for candy coatings, cooked food coloring, lipstick, foundation and other scenarios. It can be dispersed in cold water without special dispersion equipment, simplifying the production process and reducing production costs.

Product specifications:

The colorant has iron(III) oxide content ≥98.5%, particle size D50 of 0.5-1μm, density of 5.1 g/cm³, pH value between 6.5 and 7.5, oil absorption of 12-18 g/100g, water soluble matter ≤0.1%, lead content ≤3ppm, arsenic content ≤2ppm, complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 73.2255 and EU 1333-30-6 standards. It is packaged in 1kg food-grade PE bags or 5kg composite drums to meet the needs of small-batch production and large-scale industrial use.

Product application:

It is mainly used for coloring of candy coatings, cooked meat products, pet food packaging, lipstick, foundation, medicinal capsule shells and children's toy coatings. It meets food contact safety regulations, and can be used in industries such as food processing, cosmetics manufacturing and toy production, providing safe and stable red coloring for products.
