This electrical grade magnesium oxide has extremely high volume resistivity and dielectric strength, effectively isolating current, and has excellent thermal conductivity to quickly transfer heat generated during cable operation, improving the service life of cables. It solves the pain points of traditional insulating fillers such as insufficient insulation performance and slow heat dissipation, adapting to the insulation needs of high-voltage and high-temperature power equipment.
The purity is ≥99.2%, volume resistivity ≥10¹²Ω·cm, dielectric strength 20kV/mm, bulk density is 0.9-1.1g/cm³, average particle size is 5-10μm, moisture content ≤0.15%, loss on ignition ≤1.2%, thermal stability up to 1000℃. It is packaged in 25kg moisture-proof paper drums with polyethylene lining, requiring strict moisture protection during transportation to avoid affecting insulation performance.
It is mainly used as insulating filler for mineral insulated cables, insulating filler for electric heating tubes, insulating materials for high-voltage motors, and heat insulation fillers for power equipment. It adapts to the production needs of power, new energy, home appliances and other industries' power equipment, complying with national electrical product safety standards.
