This product is produced via high-temperature calcination synthesis process, with purity of iron(III) oxide up to over 95%, and precision air classification treatment to achieve uniform particle size distribution, avoiding sedimentation unevenness in concrete substrates. It has passed third-party weather resistance tests, showing no obvious fading after 5 years of outdoor exposure, meeting the long-term coloring requirements of construction structures. Its heavy metal content is far below the limits of EU REACH regulations, avoiding soil and water environment pollution, and meets the environmental protection standards of green building material production. It can be directly mixed into concrete base materials without additional pretreatment, reducing production process costs and improving production efficiency.

The pigment has iron(III) oxide content ≥95%, particle size D50 of 1-3μm, density of 5.2 g/cm³, pH value between 7.0 and 8.5, heat resistance ≥300℃, light fastness grade 8, oil absorption of 15-20 g/100g, water soluble matter ≤0.3%, heavy metal content ≤10ppm, and shelf life of 3 years. It conforms to ISO 787 international pigment testing standards, and is packaged in 25kg woven bags, which are convenient for transportation and storage in large-scale factories.
It is mainly used for coloring precast concrete components, building bricks and tiles, road marking coatings, cement base materials and industrial floor coatings. It is suitable for large-scale infrastructure projects and building material production plants, ensuring consistent color performance in mass production, reducing batch-to-batch color differences and improving overall production quality. It can also be used for coloring of industrial anti-corrosion coatings for simple outdoor metal structures.
