This light magnesium oxide adopts brine carbonization and calcination process, with a specific surface area of 95 m²/g, and its oil absorption rate is 15% higher than ordinary light magnesium oxide, which can effectively improve the vulcanization speed and crosslink density of rubber. The uniform nano-scale particle size distribution can improve the flame retardant grade of plastics to V-0 grade when added, and has no odor residue, meeting the purity requirements of pharmaceutical excipients. It can be used as an anti-caking agent for pharmaceutical tablets, with fast dissolution speed, which is suitable for food and pharmaceutical production fields.

This product has a minimum purity of 99.0%, specific surface area of 95 m²/g, bulk density of 0.2-0.3 g/cm³, loss on ignition no more than 2.0%, moisture content no more than 0.3%. It appears as white light fluffy powder, with CAS number 1309-48-4. Each package is 15kg per carton, with a shelf life of 18 months under dry storage conditions. Its oil absorption rate ranges from 60 to 70 g/100g, meeting the requirements of rubber and plastic processing industries.

This light magnesium oxide is widely used as a vulcanization activator for styrene-butadiene rubber and cis-polybutadiene rubber, a flame retardant filler for polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene plastics, an anti-caking agent and pH regulator for pharmaceutical tablets, a thickener for adhesives and an adsorbent for environmental water treatment. It is especially suitable for high-end manufacturing industries with high requirements for product purity and processing performance, such as pharmaceutical, food packaging and high-performance rubber products.
