Prepared through high-temperature calcination and dense processing technology, it has high particle density and mechanical strength, with excellent electrical insulation performance, maintaining stable insulation characteristics even at 800℃ high temperature. Low calcium and iron content avoids crystallization and performance degradation of the material during high-temperature use, and can be directly used as electrical insulating filling material and aggregate of refractory materials without additional pretreatment, reducing the processing cost of production enterprises. It also has excellent corrosion resistance to common industrial media, extending the service life of downstream products.

Purity ≥92.0%, loss on ignition ≤3.0%, particle size of 325 mesh, bulk density of 0.8-1.2 g/cm³, insulation resistivity ≥10^12 Ω·cm, calcium oxide content ≤2.0%, iron oxide content ≤0.5%, Mohs hardness 5.5-6.0. Packaged in coated woven bags, 50kg per bag, can be customized for particle size specifications, and complies with EU RoHS environmental protection certification requirements. Each batch is tested for insulation performance and impurity content to ensure product consistency.

Mainly used as electrical insulating filling material for electrical industry, insulating coating for electric heating tubes, aggregate of refractory insulation materials, modifying agent for insulating sheath of wires and cables, refractory lining material for metallurgical industry, and heat insulation and fire protection material for new energy battery packs. It is widely adapted to home appliances, electric power, new energy, metallurgy and other high-end manufacturing fields, especially suitable for high-temperature and high-insulation requirement scenarios.
