Adopting heavy calcination process, it has extremely high high-temperature resistance and volume stability, and can maintain structural stability even in high-temperature environments above 1800℃ without softening or deformation. The extremely low impurity content ensures the sintering performance of refractory materials and improves the density and strength of refractory bricks. The high heavy density reduces volume shrinkage in high-temperature environments, extending the service life of refractory linings, solving the pain point of ordinary light magnesium oxide being prone to pulverization and failure in high-temperature scenarios.

The product has a minimum purity of 97.0%, calcium oxide content ≤1.5%, iron trioxide content ≤0.5%, ignition loss not exceeding 2.0%, bulk density of 1.8-2.2 g/cm³, melting point of 2800℃, refractoriness ≥3000℃, particle size ranging from 40 to 60 μm. It is packaged in coated woven bags, with a net weight of 50 Kilograms per bag. The storage requires ventilation and dryness, avoiding contact with acidic materials.

It is mainly used for producing refractory bricks for steelmaking blast furnaces, improving the high temperature resistance and erosion resistance of furnace linings; as a lining material for glass furnaces, resisting the erosion of molten glass above 1500℃; used for refractory castables in cement kilns, extending the service life of kilns; it can also be used for insulation layer materials in ceramic firing kilns, improving the insulation performance of kilns, covering multiple high-temperature industrial industries such as metallurgy, building materials, glass manufacturing and ceramic production.
