This product is modified with silane coupling agent, which exhibits excellent compatibility with polymer composite systems, improving the compatibility with resin matrix and avoiding agglomeration of nano particles. Its particle size is only 20-50nm, with large specific surface area, which can effectively shield ultraviolet rays and delay the aging of composite materials. It also has good electromagnetic shielding performance, which can be used for anti-interference coatings of electronic components. Its purity is over 99.2%, with extremely low impurity content, which will not affect the physical properties of composite materials, and can improve the tensile strength and wear resistance of materials.

The nano pigment has particle size D50 of 20-50nm, specific surface area of 35-45 m²/g, iron(III) oxide content ≥99.2%, density of 5.3 g/cm³, oil absorption of 20-25 g/100g, pH value between 7.0 and 8.0, water soluble matter ≤0.1%, heavy metal content ≤5ppm, UV transmittance ≥90% at 500nm, and is modified with silane coupling agent. It is packaged in 5kg vacuum aluminum foil bags to avoid agglomeration during storage and transportation.
It is mainly used for carbon fiber composite materials, high-end automotive coatings, electronic electromagnetic shielding coatings, solar cell backsheet coatings and high-end plastic product coloring and performance modification. It is suitable for high-end manufacturing industries such as new energy, aerospace and high-end consumer goods.
