This electrical grade magnesium oxide is produced by electrofusion crystallization process, with a purity of 99.5% and dielectric strength of 15 kV/mm, which is 30% higher than ordinary electrical grade magnesium oxide. Its low impurity content avoids breakdown risk of cables during long-term power supply, and can withstand high temperature up to 2000℃, making it suitable for insulation filling of high-temperature electric heating equipment. It meets the requirements of military-grade special cable production, and has passed strict safety certification from the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

This product has a minimum purity of 99.5%, dielectric strength of 15 kV/mm, particle size ranging from 0.038 to 0.045 millimeters, loss on ignition no more than 0.3%, moisture content no more than 0.05%. It appears as white dense powder, with CAS number 1309-48-4. Each package is 10kg per drum, with a shelf life of 24 months under dry storage conditions. Its insulation resistance reaches 10¹⁴ Ω·cm, and can withstand operating voltages up to 10 kV, meeting the requirements of high-voltage electrical equipment.

This electrical grade magnesium oxide is mainly used as insulation filling material for mineral insulated cables, electric heating tubes and thermocouple protection tubes, as well as insulation coatings for high-voltage electrical equipment. It is especially suitable for high-end electrical fields such as aerospace, military industry and nuclear power, which can effectively improve the insulation safety and service life of electrical equipment, avoiding insulation failure in high-temperature environments.
