Adopting active modification technology, it has extremely high iodine adsorption value and activity, which can quickly promote the vulcanization reaction of rubber, shorten vulcanization time and improve production efficiency. It has excellent reinforcing performance, which can improve the tensile strength and wear resistance of rubber products and extend the service life of products. It has good compatibility with various rubber accelerators and auxiliaries, and will not affect the color and stability of rubber products, solving the pain point of poor dispersibility and unstable vulcanization effect of ordinary magnesium oxide in rubber processing.

The product has a minimum active magnesium oxide content of 95.0%, iodine adsorption value ≥120mgI2/g, particle size ranging from 15 to 30 μm, bulk density of 0.7-0.9 g/cm³, moisture content ≤0.3%, pH value of 9.0-11.0. It is packaged in coated woven bags, with a net weight of 25 Kilograms per bag. The storage requires cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

It is mainly used in the production of chloroprene rubber adhesives, improving the initial adhesion and curing speed of adhesives; as a vulcanization auxiliary for chloroprene rubber products, used in the production of rubber seals, shock-absorbing pads, wire and cable sheaths and other products; used as a reinforcing agent for butyl rubber tires, improving the wear resistance and aging resistance of tires; it can also be used in the production of rubber conveyor belts, improving the tensile strength and service life of conveyor belts, covering multiple industries such as rubber manufacturing, adhesive production and auto parts manufacturing.
