This product is prepared by liquid phase precipitation method combined with high-temperature calcination process, with an iron oxide purity of up to 99.5%. The impurity content is strictly controlled at a very low level, SiO2≤0.02%, Al2O3≤0.01%, effectively avoiding the negative impact of impurities on the magnetic performance of magnetic materials. Its ultra-fine and uniform particle size (0.1-0.3μm) and appropriate specific surface area (8.5m²/g) make the magnetic powder have excellent dispersibility and forming density during the forming process, improving the remanence and coercivity of permanent magnets. At the same time, the extremely low moisture content (≤0.05%) avoids the agglomeration of magnetic powder during the mixing process, adapting to large-scale automated magnetic material production processes.
